Manage Rented Agents
Everything you rent lives in the Agent Store under My Rentals. Each rental card shows:
- the agent name,
- an expiry badge — green, then orange when fewer than 5 days remain, red when expired,
- your remaining Execution credits and AI credits,
- a Configure Agent button.
Configure your rented agent
Click Configure Agent to open the rental's configuration page.
Explore the flow
The left sidebar lists all Blocks in the agent. You can switch between a tree view and a canvas view. If the agent has more than one trigger, tabs at the top let you view each trigger's flow separately.
Set up each block
Click a block to open its real settings panel in the center. This is the same settings UI as the workflow builder, so you can:
- Connect your own credentials — every block that needs an account (WhatsApp, Google, an AI model, a database…) shows a credentials dropdown. Click Connect new and sign in or paste your key. OAuth logins (Google, etc.) open in a popup.
- Adjust values — phone numbers, sheet IDs, email addresses, prompts, and so on.
Changes save automatically — watch for the Saved ✓ indicator in the header.
Some blocks include a Block Note on the right: instructions written by the seller explaining exactly what to fill in.
Publish
Click Publish in the header. Publishing compiles the workflow and locks the settings (you'll see "Published - unpublish to make changes" if you try to edit). To change settings later, click Unpublish first.
Activate or run
- Agents with automatic triggers (schedule, webhook, WhatsApp, Gmail…) show an Active / Inactive toggle. Turn it Active to start listening for events.
- Agents with a Manual trigger are run with the play button on the trigger block. While running, an Abort button appears.
Switching triggers: if the seller allowed several trigger options for the agent, the trigger block shows a switcher so you can swap it (for example from Telegram to WhatsApp). Switching resets that trigger's settings and is only possible while the agent is unpublished and not expired.
Watch executions and analytics
From the rental page, open Executions to see:
- Executions tab — Total, Successful, Failed, and Aborted runs; a run log with a per-run timeline; average token usage.
- Analytics tab — run trends over time.
- WhatsApp tab — batch logs and chat history (only for agents that use WhatsApp).
You can filter everything by trigger, and abort in-flight runs.
Top up credits
Every workflow run consumes 1 Execution credit; AI blocks also consume AI credits. When you run low:
- Click Top Up in the rental header.
- Choose extra Execution Credits and AI Credits with the sliders (up to 1000 each).
- Review the price breakdown (GST added for INR) and enter billing details.
- Pay via Razorpay. Credits are added to the rental immediately, and a separate invoice is created.
Expiry and renewal
- A rental lasts 30 days. There is no automatic charge — nothing is billed unless you act.
- When the rental expires, the agent stops: it cannot execute, be published, or be edited, and you'll see a red "This rental has expired" banner.
- Click Rent Again to extend for another 30 days. Your unused credits are kept.
- If the seller has removed the listing in the meantime, renewal is not possible — the button becomes Contact Us (support@indite.io).
Billing and invoices
Open My Billing in the Agent Store's top bar to see every transaction — rentals, purchases, credit top-ups, and rent extensions. You can:
- search by agent name, order ID, or email,
- filter by transaction type,
- click View Invoice on any row to open a printable GST invoice.
