Billing & Plans
Indite plans range from Free through Starter, Professional, and Enterprise. Your plan sets the limits for everything you build. Current pricing and limits are always shown on the Plans page inside the app.
What your plan limits
| Limit | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Conversations | Chat sessions with your published bots |
| AI Credits | Calls made by AI blocks using Indite-provided models |
| Copilot Chat | Messages you send to Indite Copilot |
| Workflow Executions | Workflow runs |
| Bots / Workflows | How many you can create, publish, and keep active |
| Knowledge bases | How many Vectors you can create |
| Team seats | Members per workspace |
| Workspaces | How many workspaces you can create |
| Extras | Folders, custom domains, branding removal, and some premium blocks |
Some blocks are marked with a lock badge on the Free plan (for example Google Sheets, Facebook Lead Ads, YouTube, and several Microsoft integrations) — they unlock on paid plans.
Track your usage
Account Settings → Billing & Usage shows live progress bars for Conversations, AI Credits, Copilot Chat, and Workflow Executions, each with a Top Up button.
- Top-ups never expire — they carry over across renewals and upgrades.
- Payment History lists every payment with a View Invoice link.
Agent Store purchases and rentals are billed separately, inside the Agent Store's own My Billing page — see Agent Store.
When a plan expires
- During the grace period you can keep working, but some actions are limited.
- After expiry the workspace is locked behind an upgrade screen. You can always switch to another workspace, and your data is kept — renew to pick up where you left off.
- Inviting members and creating new workspaces are blocked while a plan is expired.
Upgrading and downgrading
Upgrade any time from the Plans page (payments via Razorpay). When downgrading, your current usage must fit inside the smaller plan first — for example, you may need to delete extra knowledge bases or workspaces before the downgrade is allowed.
