Drift Action Block
The Drift Action Block enables you to manage conversations, contacts, and meetings in Drift from your workflows.

Requires a Drift API access token. Generate one from your Drift Developer settings.
Supported Actions
- Manage Conversations - Create, retrieve, or update conversations.
- Manage Contacts - Create, update, or search contacts by email or attributes.
- Schedule Meetings - Create meeting links and book meetings for contacts.
- Send Messages - Send messages within existing conversations.
- List Conversations - Retrieve conversations with filters by status or assignee.
Configuration
- Access Token - Drift API access token with required scopes.
- Contact Email - Email address for contact lookup or creation.
- Conversation ID - Target conversation for message or update operations.
- Meeting Details - Time, duration, and attendee information.
Use Cases
- Route chatbot leads into Drift conversations for sales follow-up.
- Automatically create contacts in Drift when visitors fill out a form.
- Book meetings with qualified leads based on workflow qualification criteria.
