The Gmail Trigger block launches your workflow when new emails arrive in a connected Gmail inbox, checked on a schedule you control.

Setup Guide
- Add the Gmail Trigger block and connect a Gmail account via the consent screen.
- Set the checking interval and any filters.
- Activate the workflow — the scheduler polls automatically.
