Dynamics 365
The Dynamics 365 block manages accounts in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM from your workflow — create new company records, look them up, keep them updated, and remove them.
CRM Automation: When a qualified lead comes in, create the account in Dynamics 365 with its contact details and address — no manual data entry.

Key Features

The filter field on Get Accounts takes an OData expression, e.g. contains(name,'Acme').

Setting up the credential
- In the block settings, click Continue with Microsoft.
- Enter your organization's subdomain — the first part of your Dynamics URL. For
https://yourorg.crm.dynamics.com, the subdomain isyourorg. - Sign in with a Microsoft account that has access to that Dynamics 365 environment and approve the requested permissions.
- The credential is created automatically and appears in the dropdown.
Example: lead-to-account creation
- A Facebook Lead Ads trigger delivers a new B2B lead.
- A Dynamics 365 block with Create Account creates the company record with
{{company_name}},{{email}}, and{{phone}}, mapping Account Id to a variable. - A Microsoft Teams block notifies the sales channel with a link to follow up.
Output
Use Response mapping to extract values into variables:
