Intercom Action Block
The Intercom Action Block allows you to manage contacts, conversations, and messages within Intercom from your workflows.

Requires an Intercom API access token. Generate one from your Intercom Developer Hub.
Supported Actions
- Manage Contacts - Create, update, search, or delete contacts (leads and users).
- Manage Conversations - Create, reply to, close, or snooze conversations.
- Send Messages - Send in-app messages or emails to contacts.
- Tag Contacts - Add or remove tags from contacts for segmentation.
- Search Conversations - Query conversations by status, assignee, or tag.
Configuration
- Access Token - Intercom API access token with required scopes.
- Contact ID - Target contact identifier for contact-specific operations.
- Conversation ID - Target conversation for reply or update actions.
- Message Body - Content of the message to send.
