Google Business Profile
The Google Business Profile block manages the reviews on your Google Business Profile locations — list reviews, reply to them, and delete replies, across all the accounts and locations your Google account manages.
Review Automation: Combine this block with an AI block to draft polite, on-brand replies to new reviews, or list unreplied reviews on a schedule so none slip through. A Google Business Profile Trigger is also available to start a workflow the moment a new review arrives.
This block is not available on the Free plan. Upgrade your workspace to use it.

Connecting your Google account
This integration connects through your own Google Cloud project (Google approves Business Profile API access per project):
- In the Google Cloud Console (opens in a new tab), enable the Business Profile API, My Business Account Management API, and My Business Business Information API on your project.
- Apply for Google's Basic API Access (opens in a new tab) for the Business Profile API and wait for approval.
- Create an OAuth 2.0 Client ID of type Web application.
- In Indite, add the Google Business Profile block and click Connect new. Copy the redirect URI shown in the connect dialog and add it to your OAuth client's "Authorized redirect URIs".
- Paste your OAuth Client ID and OAuth Client Secret into the dialog and click Continue with my Google Cloud.
- Sign in with the Google account that owns or manages your Business Profile locations and grant the
business.managepermission.
After connecting, run List Accounts & Locations once — it returns the exact accounts/... and locations/... IDs the other operations need.

Example: never miss a review
- Schedule Trigger — every morning at 09:00.
- Google Business Profile → List Reviews — your account and location IDs, Only unreplied reviews on, sorted newest first.
- For Each review → LLM Agent — draft a short, friendly reply that mentions the reviewer's comment.
- Google Business Profile → Reply to Review — post the drafted reply with the review's ID.
