Paddle Action Block
What it does: Manages customers, products, prices, subscriptions, transactions and refunds through the Paddle Billing API v1 (opens in a new tab).

In simple terms: Sell and bill from inside a workflow — create a customer, generate a checkout link, look up a subscription, pause or cancel it, or issue a refund, all without leaving Indite.

This block targets Paddle Billing (api.paddle.com), not Paddle Classic. Classic API keys will not work.

Sandbox keys only work with the Sandbox environment, and live keys only with Live.

Tips
- Money is a string in the smallest currency unit.
"1000"withcurrencyCode: USDmeans $10.00;"1000"withJPYmeans ¥1000. Never send a decimal. - Checkout links: create a transaction with items and a
customerId. When Paddle issues a hosted checkout it comes back as{{paddle.checkoutUrl}}— send that to the customer. - Recurring prices: set Billing Interval (
day/week/month/year) and Billing Frequency. Leave the interval empty for a one-time price. - Pagination: list actions return
nextCursorandhasMore. Feed{{paddle.nextCursor}}back into the After (cursor) field to page through results. - Refunds: leave Items empty on Create Adjustment to refund the whole transaction (
type: full), or pass a JSON array to refund specific line items. - Errors surface Paddle's
codeanddetailalongside the HTTP status, e.g.Paddle error (403): forbidden: You are not authorized….
