Microsoft Teams Trigger
The Microsoft Teams Trigger block launches your workflow from Teams activity, in one of two modes:
- Outgoing Webhook: fires when someone @mentions your webhook in a channel
- Graph Subscription: fires automatically on events like new channel/chat messages, new channels, or new team members

Outgoing Webhook mode

Setup Guide (Outgoing Webhook)
- Add the Microsoft Teams Trigger block and copy the Webhook URL.
- In Teams, go to your team → Apps → Create an outgoing webhook and paste the URL.
- Copy the HMAC security token Teams shows you into the block settings.
Setup Guide (Graph Subscription)
- Select Graph Subscription mode and connect Teams Graph API credentials.
- Pick the event type and scope (team/channel/chat, or watch all).
- Click Activate Subscription.
