Configuration
- Credentials - Google OAuth credentials with Ads API scope and developer token.
- Customer ID - Your Google Ads customer/account ID.
- Campaign ID - Target campaign for ad group and keyword operations.
- Budget - Daily or total budget for campaign creation.
