Credentials

Credentials allow you to securely connect your bot to external services. They are managed with two scope levels: User or Workspace.

Credential Scopes

• User Credentials: Tied to an individual user, these credentials are exclusive to you. They are ideal for services requiring user-specific settings or authentication.
• Workspace Credentials: Associated with a workspace, these credentials are accessible to all workspace members. By default, new credentials created in your bot are set as workspace credentials.

Managing Credentials

Access and manage your credentials in the Credentials tab within the Settings & Members menu of your bot’s dashboard.
