Results
Once your bot is published, it starts collecting data, visible across several tabs in your bot's dashboard.
It's common to see partially completed results, since the bot captures answers as soon as users submit them — even if they don't finish the whole conversation. Use this to spot drop-off points and improve your flow.
Most of these tabs share a time filter in the top-right corner to scope the data to a date range (today, last 7/30 days, month/year to date, all time, and more).
