Results
Once your bot is published, it begins collecting user responses, which are displayed in the Results tab of your bot's dashboard. This tab provides a comprehensive view of all user interactions and collected data.
Itβs common to see partially completed results, as the bot captures answers as soon as users submit them, even if they donβt finish the entire conversation. This feature helps identify drop-off points, enabling you to optimize your botβs flow for better engagement.
More Options Menu
Access additional actions through the More Options menu in the Results tab:
Time Filter
By default, the Results tab shows data from the last 7 days. Adjust this timeframe by clicking the Date Filter button:
Export Results to CSV
Export all results to a CSV file for external analysis. This feature downloads a file containing all data from the current bot.
- Include Deleted Blocks: Enable this option to include responses from blocks that no longer exist in the current bot version (e.g., from previous iterations).
Customize Table Columns
Enhance readability by rearranging or hiding specific columns in the Results table:
Logs
For each result, a See Logs button provides detailed error information for integrations like Send Email, Google Sheets, or Webhook calls, helping you troubleshoot issues:
