Export / Import a Bot

The Export / Import feature allows you to save a bot's flow as a JSON file or import a previously saved flow into a new bot, enabling easy sharing, backup, or replication of bot configurations.

Exporting a Bot Flow

To export a bot's flow, use the menu button located at the top-right corner of the builder:

This action downloads the bot's flow as a JSON file, which includes all blocks, groups, edges, and settings.

Importing a Bot Flow

To import a bot flow, create a new bot and select the Import a File option:

Upload the previously exported JSON file to restore the bot's flow, including all its configurations.
