The General tab controls core bot behaviors.

• Prefill Input — automatically fills input fields with values from their associated variable, if one already has a value.
• Hide Query Params on Bot Start — removes query parameters from the URL once the bot starts, for a cleaner address bar.
• Remember User — persists the user's chat session in their browser so they can resume where they left off.
