Visitors is a searchable directory of everyone who has interacted with your bot — a lightweight CRM built into your bot's dashboard.
Visitor List
The left pane lists visitors, searchable by name, email, phone, city, state, country, IP, or time zone.
Visitor Detail
Selecting a visitor shows every field captured about them — name, email, phone, location fields, IP, time zone, and more — including a country flag next to the Country field.
Segments
Each visitor's detail panel shows which Segments they belong to as removable badges (with a View More modal if there are more than 3). Use Add to segment to assign the visitor to an existing segment directly from here.
Visitors and Segments work together — think of Visitors as your CRM's contact records, and Segments as the lists you organize them into.
