The Metadata tab controls how your bot's link appears when shared, plus custom code injected into its <head>.
- Icon — the favicon shown in the browser tab.
- Image — the Open Graph image shown when the bot's link is shared (e.g. on social media or in chat apps).
- Title — the page title; defaults to your bot's name.
- Description — the page description shown in link previews; defaults to a standard description.
- Google Tag Manager ID — enter your GTM container ID (found in the top-right corner of your GTM dashboard) to load GTM directly inside the bot.
- Custom head code — HTML injected just before the closing
</head>tag. Only<meta>and<script>tags are allowed.
⚠️
Don't set a GTM container ID here if the bot is embedded on a page that already loads GTM — running two instances can cause tracking conflicts. Add your tags to the parent site's GTM container instead.
